My father, Hamid Mohamed Abdelaziz, was born and raised in Sudan. He died a few months before I was born, leaving my siblings and a large grieving family behind. He also left many beautiful photographs -- from the days before phones that could take thousands of pictures -- when each photo took a portion of precious film and you didn't see your photos until they were developed. I realized one day that this was a passion my father passed down to me, somehow. Enjoy these photographs from the camera of Hamid Mohamed Abdelaziz.
